To migrate an SLA group:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLA groups.
  2. To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.
  3. Click the SLA group you wish to migrate and click Migrate.
  4. In the Save As dialog box, enter the SQL file name and location.
  5. Click Save.The SLA group is exported as an SQL file.
