To schedule a processing rule in Automation Center, you must first create an entry profile.  After creating the profile, you then define an event to schedule it.

This procedure uses the Open panel feature to manually select the panel to be used in creating an event. You can open a panel in Web Panel Designer, Accounting Center, and Portfolio Data Center.  For this example, Open panel has been accessed via Portfolio Data Center (PDC).
  1. Navigate to Open Panel.
    The Open panel displays.
  2. Search for “applyexceptionrule” panel. The panel can be found under eagle/star/admin.
The full panel path: /eagle/star/admin/pan-applyexceptionrule.htm. Double click on pan_applyexceptionrule.htm to open.
    The panel displays.
  3. Review the previously created archive processing rule.

  4. Under Option for Running Rule, in the Apply Rule for field, select All Rejections. This is the recommended option when you run an archive, but you can select from other options available in the dropdown. If you have multiple partitions, you can select them in the Partition dropdown.
  5. On the toolbar, click Save Profile As and then enter a Profile Name.
  6. Check the publish this profile to all users if you want this profile visible to all users.
  7. Click Save.
You see a confirmation message indicating that the profile has been successfully saved.
