To create a new SLA group:
- In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.You see a list of all the SLA groups.
- Click Create New and select SLA Group.
- In the Create SLA Group dialog box, enter the new group name, click the drop down to select the client name, and enter a description.Since the group is new, there are no associated SLAs.
- Click Save to save the new SLA group.
