Manage Action Rules
In the Eagle product suite, action rules allow you to seamlessly invoke functionality of different Eagle centers without having to leave the current center. Action rules can be grouped into categories so that rules for performing specific tasks can be easily accessed and applied.
Action rules are available in the following Eagle centers:
Automation Center where action rules allow you to research and fix exceptions. Action rules invoke various Eagle panels so you can enter additional data, fix missing details, update incorrect information, validate your corrections, and submit exceptions for reprocessing.
System Management Center where action rules invoke system queries to generate system diagnostics reports.
User Administration where action rules invoke system queries to generate user security related reports.
You can conveniently manage all existing action rules and action rule categories by accessing the Action Rule Settings workspace via the Action Rule Settings button in Automation Center, System Management Center, and User Administration.
