The Eagle STAR 9.0 Operations Tools Guide is a compilation of four guides in one. It brings together four frequently used tools that facilitate many aspects of daily workflow.The four tools are:

  • Position Viewer. Primarily used to display security positions, such as cost, cash and income, across an entity.
  • Issue Viewer. Used to perform a variety of security master related functions, such as adding, editing and deleting securities.
  • Global Process Center. Used as a central location to monitor and process STAR global process events, such as loopbacks, accruals, and factors.
  • Workflow Manager. Used as a central location to efficiently monitor, organize, and resolve STAR exception events that have been sent to the repair queue. It also facilitates the assignment of rejections to specific user groups for repair.
