Where to Use Data Query Objects

You can create and edit nested elements and parameters either using templates for various data requests or manually.
The following use cases have a complete template in the default library:

MC translators:

  • Panel/Lookup

  • Database request (stored procedure)

  • Database request (SQL)

XSLT translators:

  • Database request (bind-based)

  • Database request (SQL)

Frequently used lookups that are stored in the built-in library:

  • Code Category

  • Code Translation

  • Code Value

  • Entity Summary

  • Security

  • Source

You can also create custom Data Query objects and add them to the server side library for future use.
