View Lot Level Positions

The Lot Level Position Table Query allows you to research open lots processed by STAR to PACE Direct based on data stored in the LOT_LEVEL_POSITION and POSITION_COST_LOT tables in the HOLDING database in the Eagle data warehouse.

To view lot level positions in the Eagle data warehouse:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Reports > System Queries > STAR to PACE Direct > Lot Level Position Table Query.
    You see the Lot Level Position Table Query panel.

  2. Complete the options on the Lot Level Position Table Query panel.

  3. Under Result Options, in the Format area, click Grid or Advanced Report for the report view you want.

  4. In the Location area, click Show results after submit. Or, you can click Send results to Scheduler for optimum performance when submitting ad hoc reports that involve a significant amount of data.

  5. Click Submit.
    The report appears on your desktop for the view selected.

Entity ID

Specifies the entity identifier for a portfolio, sector portfolio, composite portfolio, or Master Fund.

Entity Name

Specifies the entity by the name of the entity.

Entity Type

Displays the entity type.

Issue Name

Specifies the issue name.

Issue Symbol

Specifies the issue symbol.

Primary Asset ID

Specifies the primary asset identifier.

Long/Short Indicator

Allows you to display only long or short positions in your query results.

Source Name

Specifies the source to use for qualifying the query.

Syncsend Engine Router

(Hidden) Indicates whether the system uses the Accounting engine or a report service to process the report results. Options include:

  • RPT. Default. If you enable use of report services, the system processes the panel using the related report service. Report services offer improved report performance. Otherwise, if you do not enable use of report services, the system processes the panel using the Accounting engine.

  • Null value or a value other than RPT. The system processes the panel using the Accounting engine.

Event Type

Displays the event type value LOT_LEVEL_QUERY.

Date

Specifies the date to use for qualifying the query. The default is the current date.
