Search for Processes with SLA Status

To search for processes that have assigned SLAs:

  1. In Automation Desk, click Monitor in the left navigation.

  2. In the upper left corner of the workspace, under Select Type, click Jobs/Events.

  3. To search for a process with a specific SLA status, click the Tools drop down on the ribbon, click the Search button on the ribbon and select New Search, Last Search, or any saved search. To leave the Search dialog box open after the search is completed, click the Leave Search Detail Pane open after search option. You can also open the Search dialog box by clicking the double arrow to the right of the workspace.

  4. To view processes that have an SLA status, including Failed, N/A, or Passed, click the SLA Status drop down and click Select All.

  5. To view processes that actually ran during the current day, leave the default as Actual Start Date Time. To view all scheduled processes within a specific date/time interval, click the Actual Start Date Time drop down and select Scheduled Start Date Time. To view schedules within a specific effective date range, click the click the Actual Start Date Time drop down and select Effective Date.
    NOTE:  The Effective Date range criteria is especially helpful when schedules use the Start of Day Time other than midnight and/or run based on a time zone that is different from the server's time zone.

  6. To narrow down your search for processes, click the Event Type drop down and enter the Event Name or the Schedule Name, if needed.

  7. Click the green Search button.
    You see the search results based on the criteria you selected.

  8. To view the most recent data in the workspace, click the Refresh button on the ribbon.
