In the List Voluntary Corporate Action Election panel, you can display historical information for corporate action election details.

To list  voluntary corporate action election history:

  1. From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>List Voluntary Corporate Action Election History.
    You see the List Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel.
  2. In the Query Flag field, select an option from the drop-down list. Valid Options include:
    –  Effective Date
    –  Ex Date
    –  Pay Date
    –  Sweep Date
  3. Complete the fields on the entry panel and then click Submit.
    You see the results of your query displayed in three tabs: Report, Show All, and Input Detail.You see the history for the voluntary corporate action election details that met your criteria in the Report, Show All and Input Detail tabs.
