Only users with administrative permissions can launch and access User Administration.
About the User Administration Area
In User Administration, you can manage the following:
- Administrative Statistics. Review user account and user activity information and search for specific users or roles.
- Users. Manage all users of the Eagle product suite.
- Business Groups. Configure access to key business data such as entities, sources, codes, classifications, etc.
- PACE Roles. Define access permissions for the Eagle data warehouse related activities, as well as access to reporting in the Eagle Portal, General Reporting, and Eagle Performance modules.
- Center Roles. Define Eagle Center access and permissions for all users.
- Log Viewer. Review business activity logs for all users.
About the Setup Area
In User Administration Setup, you can manage the following:
- Display Order. Change the order in which Eagle Center areas are displayed in the left navigation.
- Permission Conversion. Convert access to panels and links in Eagle Classic to the same level of access in Eagle centers.
- Center Permission Conversion. Convert old Accounting Center roles and ETL Center roles to the V2017 Center role structure. Note: You do not have to use this option if your organization did not have any Accounting Center or ETL Center roles prior to V2017.
- Maintenance. Define global settings that apply to all users of the Eagle product suite, including external Web site settings and administrator information.
- Web Site Settings. Manage Web site settings, logon settings, and the Eagle Gateway access.
- LDAP Settings. Manage LDAP settings for user validation..
- Password Settings. Manage user password settings.
- Role Settings. Display only a subset of roles that are most frequently used by your organization.
- Action Rule Settings. Manage all existing action rule categories and action rules. Requires administrative permissions.
- Database Users. Manage database users and the associated database roles. Requires administrative permissions.

The Action Rule Settings feature requires specially designated administrative permissions.
