In the Edit Fixed Expense panel, you can change accrual parameters for a fixed expense.
To change a fixed expense:
- In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Fixed Expense > Edit Fixed Expense.
You see the Edit Fixed Expense panel. - Complete the options on the Edit Fixed Expense panel.
Once you select a fund and expense account, the system populates all other fields via a lookup that returns expense reference data. You can change the Accrual Ending Date, Effective Date, and Fee Amount fields. - Click Submit.
