When you use Eagle Accounting with Buy Sellbacks and Sell Buybacks, there may be instances where you must also create a counterparty code.
When a Buy Sellback/Sell Buyback trade is created for the first time for a new counterparty, and the counterparty information was not previously defined, you must create a counterparty code in the Issuer Organization table. You do so using the Add Issuer Details panels.
WRITERS NOTE: The Add Issuer Details panel was in Issue Viewer, but no longer is present in RDC. Is this now achieved by creating a new Legal Entity and setting the Counterparty field (tag 213) to Yes?
