This document explains how to use Eagle STAR Message Center Editor for creating ruleset and rule files to be used in the Eagle Message Center Service. It describes how rule files are used in conjunction with ruleset files to process messages. A basic knowledge of the ESTAR Web Server is required. Although helpful, a basic knowledge of the Eagle Message Center Service and Eagle Message Center Console is not required.
