In the Eagle Portal, you can run dashboard reports for one or more portfolios to display results of query reports in a multifaceted format based on the requirements of your organization.
To run a dashboard report for selected portfolios:
- From the Eagle Portal main window, click Dashboards.
You see the Dashboards window displayed in the default view. The default view name is next to the Dashboard View drop down menu.
- To run a dashboard report for different portfolios and dates, click Edit Criteria.
You see the Edit Criteria dialog box. - Select the appropriate options.
– Dashboard View. Allows you to select a view. You can select from the views you created or from the shared views that are available to you.
– Search drop down menu. Allows you to select which field to use in searching. You can also search by Favorite portfolios.
– Search text box. Allows you to enter the search criteria.
– Advanced Search. Allows you to display all the available information that matches the search criteria.
– Date. Allows you to select a date or a date range for the dashboard view. You can click the drop down arrow to select a date from the calendar or enter the date directly into the text box.
– Restore Defaults. Allows to reset all the changes you made to the dashboard view criteria and use default dashboard information. - Click Submit.
You see the dashboard report results presented in the current dashboard view. - To manage the way dashboard report results are displayed in the current view, click the Current View drop down menu and select the appropriate options. See the Manage the Current Dashboard View section.
- To select another view, click the Dashboard View drop down menu and select another view.
The view you selected becomes the current view. You can select from the Dashboard views you created or from the shared Dashboard views that are available to you. See the Manage Dashboard Views and Defaults section.
