Eagle Accounting has several ways of processing user defined amortization for Identified Cost portfolios. You can use the Override Yield option, or can use the Amortization Schedule Override option to set either a price or percentage amount of premium /discount to amortize/accrete.
This does not apply to Average Cost portfolios, because user defined amortization is processed at a lot level, and Average Cost Amortization is processed at a position level.
