"Set Source" for XSLT excludes all repeated nodes even inside record
Sometimes user needs to use EagleML document in custom XML2XML transformation.
In this case all specific nodes, such as Xref will be excluded from source/destination mapping.
The code was changed so that only repeated message nodes would be removed for the document.
This issue was tracked as Item IWS-216.

Raw Service - create ejmwrf file so that the diagram can be used in MT and IWS
Added ability to create "ejmwf" files for CSV and XML feeds for using the workflow process in MT and IWS.

Added IWS publish form for displaying all vendor files at publishing.

Raw service: Rules for transforming csv to xmldbapi
Added ability to generate a transform stream "csv2xmldbapi" via Raw Service in IWS.
This stream is using in "preprocessing" transform workflow to prepare data for load.
