You must cache into memory by running the CCF_CLEAR_CODE_MAP_CACHE rule in order for STAR to PACE Direct to recognize new STAR_PERF_FLOW code values.

You must perform this process manually for all environments and for all engines that STAR to PACE Direct uses to send data to Eagle PACE. You can run the Engine Manager CCF message, CCF_CLEAR_CODE_MAP_CACHE, to update all code maps, both preprocess and post process.

To refresh the code map cache:

  1. In System Management Center, in the left navigation pane, click System Settings > Refresh Engine Cache.
You see the Refresh Engine Cache workspace. The grid lists CCF rules.

  2. In the grid, right-click the CCF_CLEAR_CODE_MAP_CACHE command row, and then click Run.
Code values for the STAR_PERF_FLOW code category are re-cached to memory.

  3. Review the results for each engine in your environment.

For more information, see Refresh Engine Cache.
