Configure File Alerts in the EJM Monitoring Tool

You can configure missing file alerts in the EJM Monitoring Tool. You can also configure file alerts in IWS.

In the current version, this option has a number of restrictions:
- Alerts can be configured only in the main workflow. To configure subprocess alerts, open the main workflow form and apply your settings.
- To use alerts in solutions created in older IWS versions, open them and re-save. This action will let you configure alerts.

To configure alerts for an EJM process:

In the EJM Processes window, use the Search dialog box to search for a specific EJM process.
In the EJM Process Summary pane, click the EJM process, right-click, and select Missing files settings.
Review the Solution Properties form for the EJM process.

If you did not select the main EJM process, you may see the following message.
When you fill out all the required fields in the Solution Properties Form, click Save&Publish.
You see the following message.

You can continue editing the form or click Close to close the form.
