You can access the EJM Monitoring Tool from your desktop or from IWS.

From Your Desktop

Once you have installed the EJM Monitoring Tool, you can access it from your desktop.

Initial Desktop Access

To access the EJM Monitoring Tool from your desktop for the first time:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and enter the URL: https://tools.eagleaccess.com/ejmmonitor/.

    You see a popup window for the EJM Monitoring Tool and the version details.

  2. Click Launch.
    If you have not yet installed the prerequisites, click Install instead of Launch and the prerequisites will be installed. Once the prerequisites are installed, the EJM Monitoring Tool will open and you will be prompted to log into your Eagle environment.
  3. Enter the server name and your username and password for the Eagle environment you want to use. You see the EJM Processes window as the default.

Ongoing Desktop Access

With the initial install of the EJM Monitoring Tool, an icon is created on your desktop.

To access the EJM Monitoring Tool from your desktop after the first time:

  1. Double click the desktop icon or enter the URL https://tools.eagleaccess.com/ejmmonitor/ directly in the browser.

  2. Click Launch.
  3. Enter the server name and your username and password for the Eagle environment you want to use.

From IWS

You can access the EJM Monitoring Tool from IWS by clicking the Monitoring button.
