Before you can use the MPC, the Multiperiod Performance Calculator must be enabled in the PACE environment. Any PACE servers that run MPC calculations must have the MPC engines enabled. The MPC Calculation engine and MPC Performance System Parameters windowPreprocessor engine must be selected from the PACE Server Manager engines list, as shown in the following figure.
To provide flexibility in clustered environments, MPC Preprocessor and Calculation engines only run on the servers that have those engines enabled.
