You can run commands to refresh the engine cache after new data has been added without having to restart the engine. You can also modify and create custom commands to suit the requirements of your business.

To refresh engine cache:

  1. In System Management Center, click System Settings in the left navigation and then click Refresh Engine Cache.
    You see the Refresh Engine Cache workspace.
  2. To run a refresh engine command, right click the command row and select Run.

  3. Review the results for each engine in your environment.

  4. Click the X in the bottom tab to close the results workspace.
  5. To edit an existing command, right click the command row and select Edit.

  6. In the Edit CCF Command dialog box, make the appropriate changes and click Save.

  7. To add a new command, right click anywhere in the workspace and select New.

  8. In the New CCF Command dialog box, make the appropriate changes and click Save.

  9. To delete a command, right click the command row and select Delete.
  10. To close the workspace, click the X in the Refresh Engine Cache bottom tab.
