Eagle provides a collection of rules that are used for routing events to Eagle engines. Eagle's Load Balancer uses these rules to distribute the engine workload. You can add and modify these rules to suit your processing requirements.

To manage SyncSend rules:

  1. In System Management Center, click System Settings in the left navigation and then click SyncSend Settings.
    You see the SyncSend workspace.
    Global Configuration tab
  2. To add or edit global configurations, make the appropriate changes and click Save.
  3. To modify timeouts, select the Timeouts tab. To edit the timeout parameters, right click a group and click Edit.
    Timeouts tab
  4. Edit the name and timeout value for the group. Click Save.
  5. To view, add new, or modify existing catchup groups, select the Catchup Groups tab.
