For events that can only be scheduled and monitored in Automation Center, the Edit option is unavailable. If you double click the event that cannot be edited, a dialog box is displayed stating that you can only maintain this event in the event's respective Center. Click OK in the dialog box.
To edit an event:
- In Automation Desk, click Events in the left navigation.
- Click the Find button to find an event in the workspace or search for an event based on specific criteria.
- Click to select the event you wish to edit and click Edit.
- Review the information in the Define dialog box and Details dialog box and make any appropriate changes to the event options.
- Click Save & Finish to save your changes.
- To schedule the event, click Save & Schedule in the Details dialog box.
- If needed, refresh or export the information displayed in the workspace.
