Master funds are designed to track transactions and trades for mutual funds that involve capital stock and NAV processing. The master fund structure allows you to set up multiple share classes. You can add one or more share classes as you set up the fund, or you can add the share classes later.
The entry panels used to set up and maintain accounting entities such as master funds and the accounting rules for use with Eagle Accounting are available in both Portfolio Data Center (PDC) and Accounting Center.
