The Delete Entity Price Override option manually deletes an entity price override for a specified entity for a specified date. Eagle Accounting deletes the price override from the ENTITY_CHANGE table in the RULES database. You can list all price overrides for a given effective date and then select the overrides to delete from the list. You can qualify the list by entity and asset identifiers.
To delete an entity price override:
- In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Portfolio Setup > Entities > Delete Entity Price Override.
You see the Delete Entity Price Override panel. - Specify the criteria for the entity price overrides you want to delete.
You must specify an effective date, and can additionally identify entity price overrides by source, entity, and/or security. - Click Submit.
You see the entity price overrides that met your criteria in the Show All tab. - Select the row for each entity price override that you want to delete so that a check mark appears, and click Delete Price Override Records.
You see each entity price override you selected in the Delete Price Override Records tab. All fields are locked and you cannot change any values. - Click Submit to delete the displayed entity price overrides.
You see the Status Window dialog box, which confirms that the request completed. - Click OK.
