The Review Socket Usage option allows you to determine which processes are running on which ports. This option can be used for troubleshooting network activity issues.
To review socket usage:
- In System Management Center, click Environment in left navigation and click Installations.
You see the Installations workspace with all the available servers.
- Right click on an environment and click Show Details.
You see the Details tab with information pertaining to that environment.
- Navigate to the Socket Usage tab.
You see all the available procseses and sockets.
- Click a row under Processes to view the state of each socket in the Sockets bottom pane.
- To return to the Installations workspace, click the Installations bottom tab.
