To add RBC factors for a specific accounting year:
In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Insurance > Configuration > RBC Factors > Create RBC Factors.
You see the Create RBC Factors panel.

Complete the options on the panel.
Click Submit to update the RBC factor for the year, schedule, and NAIC designation.
