In the Eagle Portal, you can publish dashboard parts and dashboard views to make them available to all Eagle Portal users, specific individual users, or specific user groups. NOTE:

Publish a Dashboard Part
To publish a dashboard part:
- From the Eagle Portal main window, click Dashboards.
You see the Dashboards window displayed in the default view. - Click the Manage drop down menu and select Parts.
You see the Parts window with all the dashboard parts available to you. - Click the check box next to the dashboard part you wish to publish and click
.
You see the Edit dashboard part dialog box. - Click Add/Remove to assign permissions for this part to specific Eagle Portal users or user groups. You can search by user name or group name to quickly locate the user or group.
- Click the Make this available to all users check box to make this part available to all Eagle Portal users.
- Click Finish to publish the dashboard part.
- Click Manage Dashboard Views to return to the Views window. Or, click Return to Dashboard to return to the Dashboards window in the current view.
