You can print the loopbacks data displayed in the workspace. You can also export loopback data to various file formats for additional research.

Print Loopback Data

To print loopback data:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing

&
  1. and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace.

  2. Search for the loopbacks you want to print.

  3. In the Loopbacks pane, click any row. 

  4. On the Loopbacks tab, in the Distribution group, click Print.
    The system prints all rows in the Loopbacks pane.

Export Loopback Data

To export loopback data:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing

&
  1. and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace.

  2. Search for the loopbacks you want to export.

  3. In the Loopbacks pane, click any row.

  4. On the Loopbacks tab, in the Distribution group, click Export.
    You see a Microsoft Excel window with your results.

  5. On the File menu, click Save As
    You see the Save As window. 

  6. Select the appropriate file format. Enter the name of the file and select where you want to save this field on your file system.

  7. Click Save. 
    The system exports all rows in the Loopbacks pane to a file.

Print Loopback Details

To print loopback details:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing

&
  1. and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace.

  2. In the Loopback Details pane, select any row, and then click Print.
    The system prints all rows in the Loopback Details pane.

Export Loopback Details

To export loopback details:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing

&
  1. and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace.

  2. In the Loopback Details pane, select any row, and then click Export.
    You see a Microsoft Excel window with your results.

  3. On the File menu, click Save As
    Save the results and select the appropriate file format. Enter the name of the file and select where you want to save this field on your file system.

  4. Click Save. 
    The system exports all rows in the Loopback Details pane to a file.

To print the message for loopback details:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing

  1. and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace.

  2. In the

Loopbacks Detail
  1. Loopback Details pane, select the loopback details you want to review.

  2. Right-click and then click Show Loopback Details. 
    You see the Loopback Message tab and the Exception Details tab for the selected loopback details row.

  3. Click the Loopback Message tab. 

Click
  1. On the Loopbacks tab, in the Distribution group, click Print.
    The system prints all rows in the loopback message.

Export the Loopback Message

To export the message for loopback details:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing

&
  1. and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace.

  2. In the

Loopbacks Detail pane
  1. Loopback Details pane, select the loopback details you want to review.

  2. Right-click and then click Show Loopback Details. 
    You see the Loopback Message tab and the Exception Details tab for the selected loopback details row.

  3. Click the Loopback Message tab and then click the icon for the file format you want to use. 
    Options include:
    - Excel (Office Xml)
    - Excel (CSV)
    - Text (TXT)
    You see a results window that includes a File/Save As option or you see a Save As dialog box. 

  4. Save the results and select the appropriate file format. Enter the name of the file and select where you want to save this field on your file system. 
    The system exports the loopback message to a file.
