After you run a global process manually, you can review the results for the event's loopbacks in the pane at the bottom of the global process panel. You can also review loopback details using the Global Process workspace om Accounting Center or the Monitor Loopbacks workspace in Automation Center. After you research the loopback details, you can attempt to resolve the issue, wait for another team to resolve the issue, or take other actions, as appropriate. The exact workflow you follow to research and resolve a rejected loopback depends on many factors, including the type of event, the reason the loopback was rejected, who is responsible for correcting the issue, your organization's workflows, and the way in which your organization uses Eagle's solutions.
