In the List Budgeted Expenses panel, you can view a list of open budgeted expenses. You can also view a list of accrued expenses using the List Expense Accrual Log panel. See the View a List of Accrued Expenses section for more information.

In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Fixed Expense > List Budgeted Expense.
