- From the Eagle Portal main window, run a dashboard report.

- Click the Current View drop down menu and select the appropriate options:
– New. Allows you to create a new dashboard view.
– Edit. Allows you to edit an existing dashboard view.
– Save As. Allows you to create a new dashboard view or copy and customize a shared dashboard view.
– Print. Allows you to print the information displayed in the current view.

To create a new dashboard view: 1. From
- From the Eagle Portal main window, run a dashboard report.

- Click the Current View drop down menu and select New.

- You see the View window.

- Enter the name and description for the new dashboard view.

- If you are running a multilingual Eagle Portal, click to add a translation in the appropriate language.

- Click Edit Layout.

- You see the Page Layouts window.

- Click the button under the layout you wish to select for the new dashboard view and click OK.

- You see the View window in the layout you selected.

- From the Content pane on the left, drag the appropriate dashboard parts and drop them into the page layout.

- To remove a dashboard part from the page layout, click the X next to the dashboard part name.

- Click Save to create the new dashboard view.

- You see the dashboard view you created in My Dashboard Views area of the Views window.
