To delete a voluntary corporate action election:

  1. To change a voluntary corporate action election:

  2. From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>Delete Voluntary Corporate Action Election.
    You see the Delete Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel.

  3. In the Query Flag field, select an option from the drop-down list. Valid Options include:
    –  Effective Date
    –  Ex Date
    –  Pay Date
    –  Sweep Date
  4. Complete the fields on the entry panel and then click

     Specify a date range for corporate actions to include in the Voluntary Corporate Action Begin Date and Voluntary Corporate Action End Date fields. All other criteria are optional.

  5. Click Submit.
    You see the results of your query

  6. In the Show All panel, select the

    to be deleted and then click the Delete Voluntary
