- From the Reference Desk workspace, click Corporate Actions in the left navigation pane and then click Voluntary Corporate Actions>Delete Voluntary Corporate Action Election.
You see the Query Voluntary Corporate Actions Elections panel. - In the Query Flag field, select the parameter from the drop-down list (Effective date, Ex date, or Sweep Date) to search for the mandatory the voluntary action.
- Complete the fields on the entry panel and then click Submit.
You see the results of your query on the Show All panel. In the Show All panel, select the Corporate Action to be deleted and then click the Delete Voluntary Election Record button on the toolbar.
