Roles show the relationship between a given legal entity and a security. A legal entity can have multiple roles for multiple securities (for example, issuer, guarantor, obligor), and conversely, a security can have multiple legal entities associated with it. Because of this relationship, you can view In Reference Data Center you can view roles from with the the Roles tab is labelled Security roles whether viewing it from the the legal Entity or Security window.
