The Review Socket Usage option allows you to determine which processes are running on which ports. This option can be used for troubleshooting network activity issues.
To review socket usage:
- In System Management Center, click Diagnostics in left navigation and click Review Socket Usage. You see the Sockets Usage workspace with all the active processes.
- Click a row under Processes to view the state of each socket in the Sockets bottom pane.
- To return to the Queries workspace, click the Queries bottom tab.
