1. In System Management Center, click Diagnostics Environment in left navigation and click Review Socket Usage Installations.
   You see the Sockets Usage Installations workspace with all the active processes.

2. Right click on an environment and click Show Details.
   You see the Details tab with information pertaining to that environment.

3. Navigate to the Socket Usage tab.
   You see all the available procseses and sockets.

4. Click a row under Processes to view the state of each socket in the Sockets bottom pane.
5. To return to the Queries Installations workspace, click the Queries Installations bottom tab.
