To schedule a processing rule in Automation Center, you must first create an entry profile. After creating the profile, you then define an event to schedule it.

Click on Open Panel button on the Ribbon.

- Search for “applyexceptionrule” panel. The panel can be found under eagle/star/admin.

The panel displays. - Review the archive Processing Rule you created.
- Make sure to check options for running rule and apply rule to Under Option for Running Rule, in the Apply Rule for field, All Rejections is the recommended option when you run an archive, but you can select from other options available to you in the dropdown. If you have multiple partitions, you can select them in the Partition dropdown. You can later test the rule to validate that it archives the expected number of exceptions. - On the toolbar, click Save Profile As and then enter a Profile Name.
- Check the publish this profile to all users if you want this profile visible to all users.
- Click Save.
You see a confirmation message indicating that the profile has been successfully saved.
