To view a KPI:

  1. In SLA Management, click KPIs in the left navigation.
    You see all the available KPIs.
  2. To quickly find a KPI, click the Find button. To search for a KPI based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

  3. Click the KPI you wish to view and click View.
  4. In the View KPI dialog box, review the information by clicking the Source, Measure, and Query tabs.
    You cannot edit any information in this dialog box.

  5. Click Cancel to close out of the View KPI dialog box.
  6. If needed, refresh, print, or export the information displayed in the workspace.
