In Ledger Item Editor's My Transfers view, you can maintain source ranges for ledger transfer profiles. A source range is a range of one or more source ledger accounts used in the year end closeout process. These accounts accumulate and roll up to the related target account. You can associate one or more source ranges with a Transfer Category/Target Account/Offset Account grouping.
A source range is comprised of a Start Account number and description, along with an End account number and description. If the source range applies to a single ledger account, the Start Account number and description are the same as the End Account number and description. Otherwise, the Start Account and End Account numbers vary for the source range, such that the End Account is greater than the Start Account and the source range includes all accounts within the range, including the Start Account and End Account.
