You can use the Performance Fee Expense panels to create and maintain performance fees. Performance fees allow you to set up fees for managing a fund where you adjust a base fee up if the fund outperforms its benchmark by a stated margin or where you adjust a base fee down if the fund underperforms its benchmark by a stated margin.
You can calculate three types of performance fees: Current Period Variable Expense, Prior Period Budgeted Expense, or Prior Period Estimated Budgeted Expense,
