Check if GPG is Already Installed
If you have Cygwin (a suite of software that gives a Windows machine much of the functionality of a Linux machine) you may already have GPG installed
Execute the following command:
$ gpg --version
If there is a GPG version installed properly, you will get a similar output:
gpg (GnuPG) 2.0.14
libgcrypt 1.4.5
