To delete an SLA:
- In SLA Management, click SLAs in the left navigation.
You see a list of all the available SLAs. - To quickly find an SLA, click the Find button. To search for an SLA based on specific criteria, click the Search button.
- Click the SLA you wish to delete and click Delete.
You see the Delete SLA confirmation dialog box.
- Click OK to delete the SLA or click Cancel to keep the SLA.
