Manage Reference Data Field Settings

You can manage Reference Data Field Settings in the Edit Field wizard. Here you can define field settings, manage field groups, manage validations and configure data strategies for Reference Data fields. In Reference Data workspace, you can add reference data fields to fields groups and can create new linked fields and action fields.

Manage Reference Data Field Settings

In the Reference Data Field wizard, you can manage reference data settings.

To edit reference data field settings:

1. In the Setup workspace, in the left navigation, click Metadata>Reference Data Field Settings.
   You see the Reference data Field Settings workspace with the current list of fields.
2. Double click on the field you would like to edit.
   You see the Edit Field wizard.

Define the Field Group

In the Reference Data Setting's page, you can define the field.

To define the field group:

1. Select the Release level from the drop-down list.
2. Select the Enrichment Rule from the drop-down list.
