The Mil Rate Proof report displays a comparison analysis of mil rate movement from day to day. For additional information, see Run the Mil Rate Detail Process.
Grid and advanced report views available include:
- Detail
- Rate Shares Activity
- Distribution Adjustment
- Fund Level Income Adjustment
- Systematic Distribution Adjustment for Current Day
To create the Mil Rate Proof report:
In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Reports > Fund Accounting Reports > Mutual Fund - Distribution > Mil Rate Proof Report.
You see the Mil Rate Proof Report panel.- Complete the options on the Mil Rate Proof Report panel.
- Under Result Options, click Grid or Advanced Report for the report view you want.
- Click Submit.
The report appears on your desktop for the view selected.

| Entity ID | Specifies a portfolio, sector portfolio, composite portfolio, or Master Fund by the entity ID of the entity. |
| Entity Name | Specifies a portfolio, sector portfolio, composite portfolio, or Master Fund by name of the entity. |
| Share Class | Allows you to filter results by share class. |
| Report Date | Specifies the report date for your report results. Default is today's date. |
