To delete an SLA group:
- In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
You see a list of all the available SLA groups. - To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.
- Click the SLA group you wish to delete and click Delete.
You see the Delete SLA Group confirmation dialog box.
- Click OK to delete the SLA group or click Cancel to keep the SLA group.
