The following are the options in the Edit and Release Pending Trade panel, where you can update and release individual pending transactions.

Search Criteria



Select Query Option2283Allows you to show/hide additional query filters. The system displays additional fields depending on your selection. Options include:
  • One Entity/One Security
  • One Entity/All Securities
  • All Entities/One Security
  • All Entities/All Securities
Release IDLOT Transactions1256Specifies whether to release transactions with a lot selection method of Identified Lot (IDLOT) or Close transactions as IDLOT. Options include:
  • Yes. Allows you to release only pending transactions with a lot selection method of IDLOT or release Close transactions as IDLOT.
  • No. Allows you to release all pending transactions.
Message Type3822Specifies the message type associated with the transactions you are updating and releasing. This field appears if you set the Release IDLOT Transactions field to a value of No. Options include:
  • MTOPEN
  • MTCLOSE
  • MTADJUST
Trade Status3720Specifies the transaction status of the pending transaction you are updating and releasing. You can select a Pending, Hold, FOF_ALLOCATION, or custom pending transaction status.
Trade Ticket Number761Specifies the trade ticket identification number.

Entity Information



Entity ID1163Specifies the unique identifier of the entity.
Entity Name1164Specifies the name of the entity.
Process Center4896Specifies the entity's process center. This field appears if you select All Entities/One Security or All Entities/All Securities.
Conversion Status3914Indicates the current status of the entity. This field appears if you select All Entities/One Security or All Entities/All Securities.

Security Information



Issue Name961Specifies the name of the security.
Ticker13Specifies the system of letters used to uniquely identify a security.
Xref Type1234Specifies the cross reference security type, such as SEDOL, CUSIP, and so on.
Xref ID1233Specifies the cross reference security identifier.
