Display Monthly and Sub-period Reports

Stage 4 returns the report with both the monthly and sub-period results grouped together. This grouping of results supports scrubbing the monthly and sub-period results. In addition, client-side commits are enabled for the sub-period and monthly period reports.

Report with SCF Result Group and SCF Group Period and Sub-period Indicators illustrate the monthly and sub-period results grouped together.
