Calculate the Internal Rate of Return (IRR)

This section describes the calculation of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and IRR Contribution statistics in Eagle Performance. The Internal Rate of Return is a measure of the ending intermediate cash flow's growth over the beginning value. The rate is constant over the measurement period — it assumes that each invested dollar grows at the same rate, regardless of when it was invested. IRR Contribution Analysis breaks down the IRR at the Total level into contributions at the Sector and Security levels.
