Data Integration Services (DIS) deploys packaged interfaces to integrate Eagle applications with external systems and data vendors.

• Interfaces code packaging, deployment, configuration and maintain shared infrastructure what helps significantly reduced onboarding time

• Interfaces code & connectivity ongoing maintenance ( i.e. dis feeds post upgrades validation, issues analysis & resolution)

• Provides support for client custom extensions at an agreed upon cost leveraging DIS interface library results in faster recognition of ROI in Eagle

• Allows your team to focus on core competencies within your operations department.  (Expectation is clients will maintain data supplied from upstream, and will resolve issues pertaining to data only.)

• Manual errors are reduced via automation and exception-based workflows

• Year-End Change Freeze period starting beginning of December every year through beginning January following year.

• If you need to get in contact with the DIS team regarding a new interface, an enhancement, documentation or you have a question, please log a ticket through your client portal.

• Please note that DIS officially introduced release Development Freeze Date which is in line with PreProd Release Installation as per DIS Calendar.

• Please, make sure all required testing is executed prior PreProd release date / Development Freeze Date and related issues are reported to DIS in advance of PreProd release.
